According to a study published in Harvard Business Review, researchers found of the 749 women in the study, those who took time away and traveled 2x per year had better health outcomes. Going on vacation can also lower your chances of dying from coronary heart disease, including lower blood sugar levels and improved HDL or “good” cholesterol levels.
