On Private Adventures Powered by WHOA everyone from your 17 year old son to your 70 year old mom are welcome. Men, women, mountaineers, and novices - our only requirement is that you bring your sense of adventure!

Adventures are perfect to give meaning to milestones like bachelorette parties and BIG birthdays (hello 4-0). Use an adventure for team building, corporate fundraising, family reunion or any affinity group you want to connect more deeply with.

Upon booking everyone will receive their personalized WHOA Adventure HUB with the detailed itinerary, trail-tested packing list, training guidance, personalized invoice, and more. All of this is meant to make group travel as easy and painless as possible, especially for you organizers out there (every group has one - you know who you are)! We also host a WhatsApp group and Zoom call moderated by a WHOA Adventure Expert before your adventure, to answer Qs and share important info. Our goal is to make preparing mentally and physically for your trip as easy as possible, so you can focus on the excitement of what lies ahead!

Absolutely! With adventure options on every continent, we can match your group with an adventure that can cater to different levels. All our itineraries are customizable, so just let us know and we can advise you where’s best and factor it into your itinerary. Whether it’s making sure you have a support vehicle or adding days so you can hike at a more leisurely pace, we’ve got you covered! 

The first step is setting up a consultation with our team. This is a chance for you to tell us more about your group and desires, and for us to tell you more about our adventures and what makes each one unique. 

Once we settle on a destination and make things official*, we’ll put together a personalized itinerary and Adventure HUBs for everyone in your group with prep info, invoices, and everything you need to get ready for your adventure.

Of course we’ll always be on hand to answer any questions, because we’re here to make preparing for your adventure as easy as possible, so you can focus on lacing up your hiking boots and having the time of your life!   

*We require a deposit before building your Adventure HUBs and personalized itineraries. 100% of this deposit will be applied to your Private Adventure invoice. Initial consultation calls and correspondence are always complementary!
