We’re proudly women-powered and with over 10 years experience climbing and moving mountains, we’ll plan and customize the perfect trip for you and your group to one of our most beloved destinations. On Private Adventures Powered by WHOA everyone from your 17 year old neighbor to your 70 year old mom are welcome. Men, women, mountaineers, and novices - our only requirement is that you bring your sense of adventure! 

We have over 10 years experience and long standing local partners on all 7 continents! We specialize in Kilimanjaro, Peru, Patagonia, Iceland, Antarctica, Colombia, Ecuador, Mongolia and New Zealand. We sure do! That’s actually one of our specialties and one of the reasons groups love working with us! 

Upon booking everyone will receive their personalized WHOA Adventure HUB with a trail tested packing list, training guidance and personalized invoice…all of this is meant to make group travel as easy and painless as possible, especially for you organizers out there (every group has one - you know who you are)! We also host a WhatsApp group and Zoom call moderated by a WHOA Adventure Expert before your adventure, to answer Qs and share important info. Our goal is to make preparing mentally and physically for your trip as easy as possible, so you can focus on the excitement of what lies ahead!

All our itineraries are customizable, so just let us know and we can advise you where’s best and factor it into your itinerary. Whether it’s making sure you have a support vehicle or adding days so you can hike at a more leisurely pace, we’ve got you covered! 

The first step is setting up a consultation with one of our Adventure Aficionados. This is a chance for you to tell us more about your group, and for us to tell you more about our adventures and what makes each one unique. 

Once we settle on a destination and make things official*, we’ll put together personalized Adventure HUBs for everyone in your group with your itinerary, prep info, invoice, and everything you need to get ready for your adventure. We’re here to make preparing for your adventure as easy as possible, so you can focus on lacing up your hiking boots and having the time of your life!   

*We require a $500 deposit before building your Adventure HUBs and personalized itinerary. 100% of this deposit will be applied to your Private Adventure invoice. Initial consultation calls and correspondence are always complementary!
