Please list reimbursable expenses below, and upload the receipts or Expensify Report below. Reimbursable expenses include, but aren't limited to: airport parking, tolls, cabs to/from the airport, meals and any WHOA expense that you covered with your personal money.
List amounts and what is was for, knowing this helps us set and stay on budget! These are things for the adventure that you put on the WHOA credit card or paid for with petty cash. Non-reimbursable expenses include, but aren't limited to: additional meals, entry tickets, SIM cards, airport taxis, etc...
If the tip breakdown or other on the ground expenses ended up being different than what was outlined in the GAL GUIDE/your briefing, please let us know here so we can update our records and better prepare future GALs. Prices change and fluctuate all the time, so it's important you let us know so we can adjust things accordingly!
Let us know your suggestions (big or small) on how we can enhance & improve the itinerary and activities. If there's something that particularly stands out, let us know that too!
